Philips proudly introduces its 42PFL9803 FlatTV at the IFA. This 42-inch LCD HDTV has also grabbed the EISA (European LCD-TV 2008-2009) Award. You can check this innovative product at CEDIA Expo September 2008.

The new Philips 42PFL9803 FlatTV features an LED backlight. It incorporates Philips Perfect Pixel HD Engine and 100Hz/120Hz Clear LCD. Offering you a fast 2ms response time, this new FlatTV delivers an amazing dynamic contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1.

The new 42PFL9803 FlatTV is considered as the first FlatTV to be equipped with Philips’ ‘LED LUX’ LED local dimming backlight technology. With this television you get a built-in digital TV tuner, four HDMI 1.3a EasyLink inputs and Ethernet port.
