Wow, we’d better deep breath, people, because here comes the official Star Wars Xbox 360, and if you are ready to wait you will you’ll actually be able to buy in November. Already in November!

I don’t want to sound pessimistic but I am ready to bet, most women won’t allow their men buying the most expensive Xbox 360 ever. Your women will never agree that the following Xbox 360 console is among one of the most essential household item ever. This Xbox comes with 43,000 crystals depicting Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft. The most interesting bit is the price – $11,000.

If the video game industry hasn’t taken enough of your money already, there are PLENTLY of things to download for your system of choice to fix that for you. Take a look here and see if anything catches your eye before you start searching the couch for quarters.
Nintendo Wii (Tuesday Release):
Xbox 360 (Tuesday Release):
Playstation 3 (Thursday Release):
With the holiday season not that far behind us, the video game releases have begun to wind down dramatically. Now that I’ve filled you with excitement, here are the titles that will be released this week:
Nintendo Wii:
Playstation 3:
Xbox 360:

Looks like Microsoft are not so sure about supporting HD DVD with new Xbox 360 now. And there’s no big surprise – just look at list of manufacturers that support Blu-ray and you’ll see who’s winning the battle of formats. I guess that’s why they changed their mind.
So anyway, Albert Penello, group-marketing manager for Xbox hardware has officially announced that Microsoft will consider offering a Blu-ray player for Xbox 360 gaming console. He said, “It should be consumer choice; and if that’s the way they vote, that’s something we’ll have to consider.”
An interesting fact that this statement came out right after Warner Bros.’ announcement about providing all their HD titles exclusively on the Blu-ray format. It seems to me that this was the last thing that they couldn’t stand. I’m really interested with this news and will follow any new rumors about Blu-ray player for Xbox 360.
