SanDisk has announced a really outstanding flash video player. Sansa® TakeTV™ offers the easiest way to watch any kind of PC format video files on TV. The solution is so simple and obvious, that I’m surprised that no any other company offered similar gadget before. SanDisk are so confident about their new product’s success that have launched a separate website for it – www.take.tv

No more endless wires, burning DVD’s and exhausting wi-fi setups – all you need is to upload video file on TakeTV and plug it to your TV!

SanDisk Sansa TakeTV

A simple flash video player (without screen) with built-in flash memory (4GB or 8GB) is plugged into dock station and controlled by remote control – that’s what TakeTV is, simplicity itself. Dock station has different types of connectors, so you can connect this gadget to any kind of TV. Sansa TakeTV supports wide variety of video formats including DivX, XVID and MPEG-4. It connects to any PC via USB connector, and works as external data storage.

AC adaptor, dock station, all necessary connectors and remote control are included. The whole package is sold for $100 (4GB) or $150 (8GB version).
