And our number one phone was made in RUSSIA!!! May be this country deserves our closer look? So the phone was created by Russian data-protection firm Ancort and it was named the world’s most extravagant handset. The phone itself was designed by Austrian jeweler Peter Aloisson and it boasts a platinum casing, a solid gold keypad, and 25-carat cut diamonds.
