These days technology is advancing and changing with the blink of an eye. Times of dial up broadband seem ancient to most and modems that tie up your home or office telephone line are simply a thing of the past.
When various internet providers launched the internet or broadband connection there was little for consumers to choose from. If you were one of the lucky few early adopters that did purchase an internet service than you were probably using something like AOL or Earthlink or something else of the sort.
Chances are you also had plenty of patience and although it sometimes took nearly 30 minutes to get online and then another 5 for each internet page to load, you were just happy to learn about this new wonderful service.
Times have changed quite a bit since then. When the internet connection was advanced, internet providers began to pop up left, right and center, there were plenty of companies to choose from and one seemed to offer something better than the previous.
Now the connection speeds are faster than ever, internet is not only available wirelessly but almost anywhere in the world no matter where you are and you can access the web from nearly any device that has a battery.
Times are quickly changing and many cannot even predict what could possible come next. Being online has become second nature and most probably do not even know someone that does not use the internet on a daily basis. But sure as before something bigger and better is bound to launch sooner or later.
