Dell has announced a new notebook and they called it “the world’s thinnest one.” However, I don’t think their new Adamo it thinner than the MacBook Air from Apple, but the only one thing is evident, the laptop will be a great competitor to it.
The Adamo has been a lot talked about in recent years and it has been finally revealed at the Consumer Electronics Show in January. The laptop is really thin – it is 0.65 inches at its thickest point, and weighs about four pounds, that is a bit more than the Air.
Adamo is named a flagship model of the company even despite the facts it comes with completely usual and even boring tech specs:
- an Intel Core 2 Duo SU9300 processor running at 1.2GHz;
- 2 gigabytes of RAM;
- 128-gigabyte solid-state drive;
- it has two USB 2.0 ports and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi;
- External DVD+/-RW or Blu-ray disc drive;
- 13.4-inch 16:9 HD display .
Time will show whether this model will gain popularity or not! Do you feel like buying it fro $1,999+?
