While modding is very popular among geeks, there’s still a problem to find an external device which will suite your PC’s new style. Imagine that you’re an owner of steampunk-styled PC. Everything is looking like it was made a century ago, brass-like textures, oldschool analogue dials and pointers, etc. And now you need a webcam that will suite this style. Make sense?
Here is what we’ve got from Chinavasion. Stylish webcam with usual specs - 640 x 480 resolution at 30fps and 1.3MP still shots, USB powered. Looks like it is really made of brass, but’s it’s just painted plastic. Awesome as for me! But there’s a small problem with price. It’s retail price (as listed) is $12 only! But when you’ll look attentively, you’ll see that shipping starts with $26 per piece! But anyway the total price is quite normal for such product.
