Nintendo 3DS Launch Date and Price Officially Announced

Nintendo has finally officially announced gaming console with 3D capabilities, the Nintendo 3DS. The device will be launched on February 26. The Nintendo 3DS hand-held console allows players to view 3D images without the need for special glasses. The retail price is announced around $300.

I am really sorry for the company, since the device will definitely miss a lift from the crucial year and won’t influent sales. According to the officials, the company also faces increasing competition from the likes of Apple, since they have started an explicit push of their iPods and iPhones as game playing devices.
