For those who value time and also for those who do not want to lose track of the time (as in while having a chat with a friend over a cup of coffee), this LED wrist watch, called the Big Time will help you in keeping track of the time you have spent, apart from being used as a table.

What purpose can a huge wrist of the size of a table can serve, if not as a table. Well, in that case, this giant LED wrist watch can be used as a table also. Big Time has in fact got a few unique specifications which will prove its role as a table. It has got sleek drawers which are a bit inconspicuous so that you can put your valuables inside that.

Big time is a LED clock which is programmable and possesses features like Touch Button. Also a message of 8-letters of your choice can be displayed. It is sleek, smart and exhibits elegance and good aesthetic sense. You can customize the external design by incorporating chrome as well as gold finishes.

Wow! This one is really amazing! Briefly this is a mechanical clock that emulates digital one. The idea is quite simple and understandable, but the realization is magnificent, just look at the picture:

Created by UK designer Duncan Shotton, those clock are called Di Grisogono Meccanica. The main idea is that numbers on the “screen” are produced by stripes (bars) that are moving behind it. The “screen” has got holes in the shape of regular seven-piece displays, and the stripes are covered with paint in the way to close the holes in the “screen”

The numeral bars drop back under gravity when the final digits have been displayed, driven by servos controlled by a microcontroller. Unfortunately there’s no prices or dates for sale on the site, but I hope we can see this masterpiece of technology in the nearest future.

Honestly what kind of watch would you need to get besides The Pathfinder. This series of watches has been known by outdoorsmen and electronic watch fiends forever. They do definitely come in handy as they look very big making them look like the true electronic watch. They are quite expensive for an electronic watch that has a name brand except it is kinda not a fashion symbol. For what a person is getting I think they are great. A compass knowing what direction a person is going, electronic clock, and countless other hiking needs within a simple watch. For the hiker or outdoor person, this is the perfect watch that will surely find your way throughout the wilderness.

Not a new gadget at all, but I’ve just found it on Internet. Very bright and simple idea by Russian design agency Solovyovdesign. I see some influence of “digital paper” idea here, but this is much more interesting:

Timeflex is a sticky flexible LCD watch with transparent screen. The main idea is that sometimes you need to have watch on your clothes, for example when you’re wearing some working uniform, or you can’t wear your ordinary watch, when swimming for instance. So there’s only one solution – resistant watch that could be placed wherever you want. That is what Timeflex is. You can place it wherever you want, it has specially designed gummy surface that will stick to any other surface many times.

Timeflex is powered with ultra small built-in batteries. All functions and setup are controlled by touchscreen. Don’t have an idea is it available for sale and how much it costs, but still this is a very interesting gadget that will bring a lot of following devices from many other manufacturers.

For me personally getting up in the morning is a big everyday challenge. Frankly speaking I hate it. The biggest problem is that when you hear the alarm clock, you just turn it off or wait till the end of sound signal and then fall asleep again. Since all alarm clocks have snooze button and usually placed close to bed, they’re utility is very close to null, especially for such heavy sleepers as I am.

So, imagine such alarm clock, that you have to find alarm clock first to turn the alarm off. Make sense? Sure! The Flying Alarm Clock is a real windfall in the world of alarm clocks. The main idea that it consists of two parts – clock itself and propeller-driven key, that flies up in air when it’s time. You can’t turn off the alarm until you’ll get the key, leaping off your nightstand and plug it into clock. By the time you’ve found it, you’ll definitely wake up, just because the key may fly up and fall in some far and dusty corner of your room

By the way, the sound of alarm is very loud and annoying, so there’s no chances to fall asleep without snoozing it.
